ASEAN Member States launched the Master Plan on ASEAN Connectivity (MPAC) 2025 Video Series at the sidelines of 31st ASEAN Summit on 12 November 2017 in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines, to introduce ASEAN Connectivity and MPAC 2025.
